We rented all of the glassware, silverware, and plates from Kate Ryan Event Rentals, and they were perfect! We chose gold-rimmed glassware and gold silverware, and they were stunning!

We used Kate Ryan Event Rentals to help our design inspiration come to life. Kate Ryan provided all the gold flatware, gold-rimmed china plates, and gold-rimmed water glasses. They also had a beautiful selection of linen and furniture rentals. We rented the Cambria white linen for the round tables and the matching table runners for the feasting tables. We also added some fun velvet furniture pieces for the barn dance party.

We used Kate Ryan Event Rentals‘ acrylic ghost chairs, white dance floor, couches lining the dance floor, dessert gold shelves, and gorgeous velvet sweetheart chairs. This really added to the overall design of the event and added that extra wow factor!

Having a dance floor to break up the space was super important, and having couches lining the dance floor was the perfect touch! It allowed guests who didn’t necessarily want to dance to still be a part of the dance floor’s energy and vibe while still sitting.

We used table and chair rentals from Kate Ryan Event Rentals as well as our checkerboard dance floor, linens, and amber water goblets. We loved the look of the dance floor and felt like the amber water goblets added a fun and moody element to the table setting.

Kate Ryan Event Rentals was one of the only rental companies that had the decor that would fit the overall aesthetic of our wedding. We loved the clean, modern look of black-rimmed glass chargers, black flatware, and ghost chairs, but we also utilized crushed satin tablecloths for some shine and texture, with red linens gracing our sweetheart table and dessert table. I also loved how we mixed and matched red and clear glassware for a unique look.

Drue allowed us to come in and do a table mockup prior to booking with them, so we got to see how everything worked together. I was also making last-minute alterations to our event order ten days prior to the wedding, and they were able to accommodate us.

We used blush pink goblets and a half-sweetheart table from Kate Ryan Event Rentals. The blush pink goblets added just an extra touch to the table settings without it being overboard of pink.

We got feasting tables, linens, and Chiavari chairs from Kate Ryan Event Rentals. Their feasting tables helped make the ballroom look better, as my venue only had standard rectangular banquet tables. Also, their material and products were of good quality. It made the space looks elegant!

We used Kate Ryan Event Rentals to rent cross-back rustic wood chairs to complement our rustic modern theme, which had a major impact on the feel of our reception space. We also rented Ivory linens and gold-rimmed chargers.

The ghost chairs were rented from Kate Ryan Event Rentals. They changed the entire look of the room.

We used Kate Ryan Event Rentals‘ clear Chiavari chairs with white cushions for the ceremony on the rooftop. We also used farm tables in the reception which enhanced the look. We had black silverware on the farm tables with no tablecloths and used gold silverware on black tablecloths on the round tables. The silverware had a modern design, while the china was white with a simple gold border.

We had linens, the dance floor, chargers, and some glassware from Kate Ryan Event Rentals. The elegance of the items really made the tables convey the fine dining experience we were hoping to share.

They added beautiful elements that really helped pull the whole look together.

I wanted to work with a local company with a welcoming and accommodating staff that was familiar with my wedding venue and understood my vision and could bring it to life.

When my wedding planner and I met with Kristin at Kate Ryan Event Rentals, it no longer felt like a meeting but rather a conversation between old friends. Very early on, I could tell that she understood, and was excited by and genuinely wanted to help execute my non-traditional vision. As Kristin immediately pulled out her beautiful pieces from inventory, I realized the care she took in preserving her rental items as each table and place setting was in pristine condition. Her team was very knowledgeable about my venue and worked very quickly to flip the space in a very short amount of time.

Kate Ryan Event Rentals were amazing, especially when my wedding planner, who connected me with them, was unresponsive. They were extremely professional, helpful, and understanding of us switching our venue to my brother and sister-in-law’s home.

Kate Ryan Event Rentals brought my vision to life with the gorgeous burgundy and blush colored table linens and the beautiful sweetheart couch fit that our theme of Disney perfectly.

The reception took place at Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club, which was decked with holiday décor! There was a huge Christmas tree in the ballroom by the stage where the band played, and large beautiful green and red wreaths with ribbons all around the ballroom and in the entryway. It was all so cozy and festive! Keeping with the theme of the holiday season and incorporating wedding romance, I wanted to have plenty of gold and champagne colors incorporated throughout. Besides, I love flowers, lots of flowers, so we needed to add floral elements in all the right places, especially around the dance floor, and create a focal point for the guests. The linen was soft pearl colored with a textured ivory ribbon overlay. Even the cake stand had its own special linen that was all flowers!

The chairs were gold and had gold cushions. Charger plates were clear with gold trim, and the silverware was the Michelangelo gold-plated design. The floral stands were rustic gold and crystal beading draped down from the high stands, with lots of greenery on the tables with candles filling up the space. Candles are extremely romantic, and they created this magical setup, my Midsummer’s Night Dream fairytale vision, during dinner and dancing.
