Our venue offers couples a unique and historic building to host their most special day! With our warehouse windows and exposed brick walls, our style is industrial chic with a modern twist. We provide both indoor and outdoor space for our guests to enjoy with large private dressing room suites and full kitchen access for our caterers.
Our historic building has housed automobile dealerships over the last 100 years beginning in the 1920s and was originally operated by the Highlands Motor Company. The Venue at The Block has been fully restored and purposefully designed to host weddings, birthday parties, fundraisers, charity balls, and many other private events.
The Ceremony:
Our outdoor ceremony option provides a private courtyard with lush tropical landscaping and boasting artificial turf so the grass stays green all year round!
Our indoor ceremony option provides an industrial chic look with high ceilings, exposed brick, sparkling chandeliers and original warehouse windows that let in the sunset glow.
The Cocktail Hour:
Our typical cocktail space is a gorgeous bar located next to the outdoor courtyard that includes a sink and plenty of storage and counter space to serve both drinks and appetizers!
The Reception:
Our spacious reception area offers seating up to 200 guests. With our historic background, as we used to be a Chevrolet Dealership in the 1920s, we provide a vintage feel to our room with exposed brick walls, warehouse windows, handcrafted wooden tables, metal bistro chairs, and original flooring.

When I was looking for a wedding venue, I really wanted a modern industrial look. Brick walls and large windows for natural light were something I felt was important. I was very particular and wanted to have an outdoor ceremony so having an area for that was a top priority
Venue at the Block had the exact look I was going for. I specifically picked it because of the venue layout. It was just redone in 2020, so everything was updated and new. Venue at the Block provided the perfect space for our event and was accommodating to our timeline, even allowing us to start a whole hour earlier than what is usually offered.
