Postcard Inn on the Beach Reviews from Marry Me Tampa Bay Couples:
Marry Me Tampa Bay curates the below reviews from real couples whom we've personally interviewed. As Tampa Bay's most trusted wedding planning resource, these reviews are 100% accurate and aren't created by fake accounts.
The most important elements were considering the safety of our family and friends by hosting our celebration in open-air venues, such as the beach and seaside pavilion. We were looking for that were pet-friendly and offered accommodations to our out-of-state guests.
Hawaii was a common denominator, so to incorporate how special this was for us really led us to pick a beach ceremony and seaside reception at the Postcard Inn. It offered everything we were looking for with the inclusion of being very pet-friendly and offering incredible room rates for an extended stay. Their service was incredible from our first moment at check-in throughout the end of our stay with a fond farewell by Andrea, the wedding manager.
I wanted a garden vibe near the beach, and I wanted it a bit eclectic and unique and not just cookie cutter.
My girlfriend was in town visiting family so I casually mentioned if they were nearby to check out the Postcard Inn on the Beach which I had found on Instagram. She Snapchatted an entire tour of it. She knew my style and said this was the place where I had to get married! I trusted her opinion, looked it up, and PCI made it so easy to pick online via their packet.
We printed it out, picked out packages, emailed PCI, and set everything up! Every time I opened an email to coordination with the staff it was like Christmas. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and worked so well with us. Even during the pandemic when we were trying to decide to postpone or not, they were accommodating and wonderful to work with.
Our wedding planner and I looked at several venues on the beach. Postcard Inn on the Beach stood out as there was a space on the beach that was easy to block off to do the ceremony. Additionally, they had the reception space right there. I loved that all of our guests could come for the weekend stay right on property and walk down to the ceremony and reception when it was time. It made it so easy.
I loved the idea of putting the dance floor on the beach and having the tiki hut be the dining area. It was fun, had a nice laid-back vibe, and everything was so close and together so no one had to worry about transportation.
