What We Love About Haus 820
Haus 820 is a renovated historic warehouse in the heart of Lakeland’s emerging urban arts district. This versatile space is a blank canvas ready to host your special event. Originally built in the 1920s, after sitting empty for decades the building has recently been renovated into one of Central Florida’s largest venues. The building has strong industrial bones, original white brick walls, and stunning open wood rafters with black steel beams.

What Couples Love About Our Venue
By celebrating the building’s natural beauty (like our 17-foot ceilings or the oversized warehouse windows), as well as keeping the venue as aesthetically clean as possible. Our venue is a blank canvas, we want any client to be able to transform the venue into an entirely custom atmosphere.
We love watching our couples transform our Haus into their home for the wedding day. Seeing their nearest & dearest travel from afar, tear up during the vows, and then party until the last song is played- the whole day is a joy to both host and witness. We gladly allow any vendor of your choice with the appropriate standard industry licensing to be a part of your day!

We were looking for a reception venue that could hold a higher capacity, was not vendor exclusive, had a courtyard and indoor space, and the maximum rental time to be less restrictive on set up, reception, and breakdown.
Haus 820 marked off every criteria for us! We had 12 hours and a good canvas to allow freedom of design. I had also attended a wedding there, so it was great to see the venue operate as a guest, and the couple had nothing but great things to say about them as well!

We live in Lakeland, Florida, and chose to get married here because we wanted friends and family traveling from out of state to experience the city we live in. When it came to looking for a wedding venue, our top three priorities were a minimalist, open space, the ability to have food trucks, and being central to our Lakeland friends and family.
We loved Haus 820, a local venue, and didn’t feel the need to look beyond Lakeland. It had everything we needed! The bridal suite was beautiful, and there were plenty of spots for us to take photos with our bridal party and family. The selling point was how easy it was to have our ceremony and reception all in one place!
