The Ceremony:
Coral Reef Ceremonies: All wedding ceremonies are held in the breathtaking coral reef room
- Room Rentals are 4 1/2 hours, inclusive of the Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception
The Cocktail Hour:
The cocktail hour includes a special self-guided tour of the aquarium.
All menu prices are subject to 22% taxable administrative fee and 7.5% sales tax. Service staff included for (4 ½) Hours – $35.00 per staff member per hour apply for additional service time.
Choice of (1) Display:
Farmer’s Market Fresh and Marinated Vegetables, Assorted Crackers, and Flatbreads, with a Spring Herb Dip
Florida Fruit Sunburst Chef’s Selection of Seasonal and Local Fruits, with a Raspberry Yogurt Dip
Additional items and selections are available for an Elevated Cocktail Hour Experience
The Reception:
Reception spaces include three breathtaking options.
For accommodations for over 150 guests, please reach out to an Events Representative. An additional hour may be added to the reception for $400.
Rooftop Terrace: Up to 150 guests
First Floor Lobby: Up to 150 guests
Coral Reef: Up to 80 guests
The Food & Drink:
Both Plated Dinner, Buffet Options, and Action Stations are available.
In-house catering personnel must dispense all beverages. Bartenders are staffed one (1) per 100 guests. A $125 per bartender fee will apply for a (4 ½) hour service. Additional service time will be charged at $35.00 per bartender per hour.

Timeless, Green and Black Downtown Tampa Wedding | The Florida Aquarium
We wanted something indoors with everything in one location, with catering and rentals. We also wanted something that would be memorable for our guests. Jake picked the venue. I wanted him to be involved since it was his day too.
The Florida Aquarium was a memorable venue that all our guests loved. The bubble curtain during the first kiss resulted in the most amazing photos. Everyone loved it and still talks about it! It had everything in one location, with catering and rentals included. We are looking forward to visiting on our anniversary in the years to come!
