Our couples, of course! Their love story is our inspiration! We have the honor of being welcomed into our couple’s lives and being a part of one of the most beautiful moments for the two of them together surrounded by their family and loved ones. We learn all about their love stories and have the opportunity to bring in special elements and personal touches that reflect that love into their wedding day. There isn’t a detail we don’t love about planning with our couples. We love textures, colors, fabrics, and absolutely everything design!
If you asked us our absolute favorite moment on a couple’s wedding day, (next to the walk down the aisle of course!), the one that just melts our hearts…It’s the moment we get to have a private reveal with our couple of their transformed reception venue, just before their guests come in. Their reactions are absolutely, priceless as they see all of the ideas, planning, dedication, personal touches, and design throughout the process of months and possibly years, all came together flawlessly, beyond what they ever dreamed! That’s the moment for us, that has us falling in love with weddings over and over and over again!

As designers, we customize each couple’s wedding to their personal love story. We believe every couple should receive the true Couture Experience! Just like a Couture Wedding Gown, each of our designs are inspired by you and custom fit for you from the most elaborate element to the smallest of detail! Our couples wedding should carry their own signature style as a couple and a reflection of their love story together. Our team creates genuine relationships with our couples and we become more than a planning partner, they become a part of our family.

Our owner and creative designer, Heather, began her first experience in the wedding industry at the age of 17, working in events and providing services for not only weddings, but at Disney, Daytona 500, and more with events ranging up to 10,000 in attendance. Heather moved to Washington DC at the age of 21 for a career opportunity to plan and design events for an array of high-profile clients and fell in love with everything weddings.
During her 25+ years in the industry, she has planned weddings, corporate events, galas, inauguration affairs, conventions. With the array of experiences, Heathers passion and true love has always been weddings and she still gets butterflies when our couples say “I DO”!

Everyone on our team are HUGE animal lovers! Our owners, Heather and Chris are the proud owners of 4 rescue pups!!!

Someone who was attentive, knowledgeable, and able to handle everything the day of because I wanted to completely enjoy it without interruption. I knew the day would go fast and I wanted to be able to soak up every moment with my new hubs and all of our guests. I also looked for a responsive team and good communication.
