Two-night rental periods include exclusive use of the land, home, and amenities for the weekend, with pricing ranging from $10,000 – $12,000, accommodations for up to 28 overnight guests, and complimentary on-site valet parking service for the wedding day. Intimate wedding packages are also available for couples who seek a celebration with less than 28 guests total, with pricing beginning at $4,500.
The Ceremony:
Situated on an expansive 2-acre lot, the estate is surrounded by a forest of mature pine trees, creating a serene greenspace while also offering a beautiful and natural backdrop for an outdoor ceremony.
Say “I Do” amongst pine-scented breezes with space that accommodates up to 150 guests, or exchange vows in the manicured front lawn with up to 100 friends and family admiring the pristine landscape and mountain-style estate.
The enclosed pool deck features bistro lighting and surround sound speakers and can host more intimate ceremonies or receptions of 50 guests or less.
The Cocktail Hour:
In addition to the outdoor spaces that offer ample space for cocktail hours and receptions, the enclosed pool deck features bistro lighting and soft seating ideal for enjoying cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. The home’s charming piano room can be utilized as an indoor entertaining space for up to 30 guests as well.
The Reception:
