Downtown Tampa – Located in the heart of downtown and at the city’s highest accessible point, the Tampa Club offers sweeping panoramic views of downtown Tampa and Tampa Bay. The private event spaces at The Tampa Club provide an elegant venue for hosting all of your wedding and wedding-related events at new heights.
Our more intimate ceremonies take place in our Rotunda while our larger ceremonies in our Channel View Room for up to 120 guests. These rooms both have floor to ceiling windows that will impress your guests. From both rooms, you overlook Downtown Tampa and the beautiful Tampa Bay.
*Please note we do not offer just ceremonies at the club. It must be ceremonies and reception. The ceremony rental fee is $400.
The Cocktail Hour:
Both Cocktail Hour & Reception likely will take place in our adjoining rooms, the Rotunda & Main Dining Room. This space offers incredible westward views so the sun setting on your wedding day won’t be missed by anyone.
We have 2 different locations for wedding receptions pending the size of the wedding. Both have gorgeous views that are offered by our floor to ceiling windows. Our Grand Ballroom accommodates our more intimate weddings of 60 or less. This room overlooks Harbor Island, Davis Island, Port Tampa and Ybor. It has gold accents and is the perfect room for your more intimate affair. Our Main Dining Room/Rotunda accommodates weddings upwards of 150. This room is a beautiful oval shape and overlooks the Hillsborough River, Tampa Bay, The University of Tampa, Downtown and Curtis Hixon Park. This side of the building also offers sunset views. The Tampa Club offers amazing daytime, sunset and nighttime views to show your guests the true beauty of our city.

A wedding is such a special event and should reflect your personal desires. We want to help you create memories that will last a lifetime.
Minimums are dependent on the day of the week and time of year. Rather than selecting a menu for your guests you select an entrée package. What this means is that you choose a package that most suits your palate and budget. We then place a menu in front of each guest and take their orders when they are seated for dinner. This ensures the food is prepared fresh. We perform the service from start to finish in less than an hour and a half. We also like to customize and make something that you will remember on your special day.

Private Events Director, Melissa Davidson, has over 25 years of hospitality experience and has been involved in all aspects of the execution of weddings and events for groups of 10 or up to 600. Originally from Chicago, Melissa most recently spent years as the Private Events Director at Tampa’s Centre Club, and Director of Catering for Innisbrook Golf Resort in Palm Harbor. With her wealth of wedding experience, and as a certified wedding planner with the Bridal Society, Melissa, takes great care with couples, helping them plan their big day by providing guidance on etiquette, and making recommendations and suggestions for helping them realize their wedding day vision at the Tampa Club.
