“Ruby, with NOVA 535, was a great asset to the planning process. The courtyard was the perfect location for our cocktail hour with the market lights and bamboo garden. The inside was exactly what I wanted with the hardwood floors and brick walls. I also loved that I was able to choose who did my catering as we did a food truck for our cocktail hour, where she served up corned beef and cabbage tacos! Then we had a different catering company to do a more traditional buffet.”

“I have always pictured our perfect wedding venue having exposed brick and unique accents, and NOVA 535 was perfect for that. I don’t think there is one thing that I disliked about NOVA. From our first time visiting the venue all the way through the event, it was immaculate. The venue matched our vision perfectly. From the exposed brick walls to the historic building, to the beautiful staircases what is there not to love.The areas upstairs for the wedding party were huge and could fit us all easily, the bamboo courtyard was a magical entrance for the guest and a great cocktail hour location, but, the biggest reason we hired NOVA was the staff. From all levels, they stepped up during the planning stage and during the event. I was nervous about having our ceremony space be transitioned to the reception space during cocktail hour, but the staff was absolutely mind-blowing and allowed my vision to come to life. I would recommend NOVA 535 to any engaged couple looking to have a seamless wedding.”

We wanted to find something that was preferably built in the 1920s with exposed brick walls. We really needed something that was going to bring our vision to life, which NOVA 535 absolutely did!

We chose NOVA 535 because the location was prime, the vibes were on par with our theme, and the staff was wonderful and helpful. NOVA's team goes above and beyond to make your wedding day everything you ever dreamed of and more. April and Ruby truly made the wedding day itself move so effortlessly and dreamy. I couldn't have asked for a better venue and team; they were fantastic.

When searching for a wedding venue, I really wanted a unique place that had a brick industrial look and could comfortably fit all of our guests. I wanted a venue that was memorable and had as much included as possible, such as table, chairs, linens, etc. I was also looking for a venue that was flexible with food vendors. NOVA 535 was able to provide all of this and more.

We knew that we wanted NOVA 535 as our venue right after our very first tour. They had plenty of space, and the venue is gorgeous! I knew that I would not have to worry about having too many decorations because the space is beautiful on its own. NOVA 535 also has staff that assists with the day of operations. I did not have a wedding planner, so this was a huge asset to ensure the day ran smoothly. NOVA 535’s staff was so easy to work with and was always very responsive to all of our questions. Our wedding day ran seamlessly, and a huge part of that is because of NOVA 535’s awesome staff.

The first consideration we had when looking for a wedding venue was that we were allowed to use our own caterer. When we started wedding planning, I worked for Ruth's Chris Steak House and knew that we wanted to have their sizzling steak on our wedding day. The second thing we looked for was A/C for the reception. We didn't want to have to tent an area or worry about sweating in the Florida heat.

NOVA 535 came as a top suggestion from our catering manager. The moment we opened the gate to the courtyard, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for. Having the bamboo background for our ceremony photos was beautiful, and the exposed brick inside was perfect. Not only was the venue gorgeous, but our coordinator, Ruby, also provided amazing service through the planning process. On our initial site visit, Ruby provided us with a custom quote on everything we would need to make it happen. She was quick to return calls, emails, and set us up for success. Stephany, our day-of coordinator, was fantastic. She helped with setup, coordinating wedding parties, and keeping everything flowing according to plan. As an event planner myself, I always look at the minor details, and they did not miss a beat.

Simple! I did not want to deal with decorations, and I wanted a venue that had the atmosphere already built in it.

NOVA 535 was actually the first venue I looked at, and I was completely hooked! The service was absolutely amazing. April was by far the best customer service I have ever had in my life.

I wanted it to be as all-inclusive as possible. I wanted to have as many components of the wedding in one place and not have to juggle and coordinate different vendors. NOVA 535 was exactly that.

When I first walked into the courtyard, I fell in love with all the bamboo and greenery. I could instantly see our ceremony happening there. Then when we walked in and talked with April, and she showed me all the details included in the price, it made it very easy to move forward. NOVA had so much to offer that we didn't have to decorate too much. The staff was incredible, and the communication from day one until the wedding day was spot on. NOVA went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly and had the smaller details that made it unique to us! We could tell they know how to handle weddings and large weddings at the rehearsal.

We looked for a venue that had both indoor and outdoor options. We also looked for a venue that matched our personal style and wouldn’t feel too big or empty.

We really loved the look of NOVA 535 inside and out! We loved working with them, and their flexibility with our cover band request was truly wonderful. The staff was very nice and surprisingly offered a lot of words of support and encouragement the moments before we walked down the aisle!

We looked for ambiance, the flexibility of a venue to ensure all of our unique needs were met as well as a place that demonstrated an LGBTQ safe space.

We chose NOVA 535 because they checked all of our boxes in making sure our wedding met our unique style and requests. NOVA 535 was not only able to meet but exceeded our expectations due to their client-first approach. We couldn't have been happier with how our wedding day turned out. They made the entire planning process easy, and they were very detailed oriented.

Matthew and I knew we did not want a traditional beach or barn wedding. We were looking for something with a fun, modern, and romantic atmosphere.

NOVA 535 offered the look and feel we were going for with our wedding theme, and the space is beautiful. Their service was exceptional. We had monthly Zoom meetings leading up to the wedding where we would plan everything down to the layout of every table. They made the day of my dreams by setting everything up for us and making sure everything ran on schedule.

I looked for a space that could serve a dual purpose - holding the ceremony and the reception. I am a huge fan of allowing guests to enjoy their time at the wedding without having to worry about transportation between different venues.

I chose NOVA 535 based on the esthetic! I loved the open floor plan, the outdoor ceremony space which had gorgeous bamboo and lights. NOVA 535 was also super easy to work with during COVID and fit our budget.
