I wanted my bridesmaids to look fresh and glamorous, which Femme Akoi Beauty Studio nailed!

For myself, I had many looks I envisioned, so I made two trial appointments with Monica, where we were able to hone in on the look I wanted.

I eventually decided on glamorous waves and a deep bronze smoky eye. I absolutely loved Femme Akoi's looks, service, and professionalism!

I wanted natural-looking makeup with some glow, shimmer, and highlight. I wanted to still look and feel like myself on my wedding day, just with some glow and contour.

After I had completed my trial makeup and hair sessions with multiple companies, Femme Akoi Beauty Studio stood out because they took the time to listen to me regarding my ideas for hair and makeup on my wedding day and ensure it was what I wanted.

I choose to do one and I’m so glad that I did because I was able to be stress-free on my wedding day deciding on what the overall look was going to be prior to and being very happy with the end result.

It's also very diverse and works with skin and hair types. Many of the bridesmaids have had them before. so it was a popular and easy choice for my bridal party.

I do not wear a lot of makeup on the regular. I wanted something simple, but enough to be a little extra for the big day. I love the boho look. That was my inspiration for finding my hairstyle for the day. I love the updo style with braids. I wish I could make my hair look like that all the time.

Ayla did my hair and makeup. I don't wear a lot of makeup, and she answered all my questions and went through step by step what she was doing. She took my inspirational picture and made it personalized towards me. She helped me feel at ease during the hair and makeup process, which was a blessing for me.

I definitely wanted something timeless and classic for my wedding hair and makeup. As a registered nurse, I usually have my hair pulled back and wear minimal makeup so I was very much looking forward to being full glam but also wanted to feel like myself.

Femme Akoi is very active on social media and spotlights many of their real-life brides along with the creativity and talent of the artists. Natalie was my artist, and she made me feel beautiful! She was such a big help with offering suggestions for bridal hair and makeup that aligned with my vision, and she always ensured I was happy and felt my absolute best. Femme Akoi also provided hair and makeup services to all of my bridesmaids and made each one feel special and absolutely beautiful! They were such a delight to work with and made the “glam” process stress-free!
