The ambiance of the room, the flowers, and all the details that were put into place were important. We used Outside The Box Event Rentals for the draping, linens, and extra tables. The drapes elevated the room along with the linens. We used Kate Ryan Event Rentals for the couches, accent chairs, and gold tables. You never really thought to add furniture around your dance floor area, but it truly uplifted the room and created a beautiful, elegant, and comfortable area for guests to sit in. The white and gold furniture helped tie into my color theme, and it was simply beautiful. Hiring both rental companies enhanced the ambiance by bringing everything together. I enjoyed working with both Outside the Box and Kate Ryan! They delivered everything, and I never had to worry about anything!

We used Outside the Box Event Rentals for the chairs, drapery, chandelier in the Coral Reef room, and the dance floor, dinner chairs, and the bride and groom “throne” on the rooftop.

The rentals from Outside the Box helped elevate both of the venues perfectly, mixing elegance with utility! The drapery and chandelier on the ceiling of the coral reef room, combined with the glitter of the gold chiavari chairs, transformed the room into a luxurious underwater chamber.

Upstairs on the roof, the mahogany Chiavari guest chairs and the dark wood and burgundy thrones where the bride and groom sat played into the moody, old-world theme.

I rented candle votives and chargers from Outside The Box Event Rentals. The chargers really brought the theme together and added more gold accents into the mix.

We used Outside the Box Rentals for our pipe and drape. It made our grand ballroom wedding more elegant feeling.

We rented the champagne wall and the clear ghost infinity reception chairs from Outside the Box Event Rentals.

Guests really adored the champagne wall seating chart in which each champagne glass had a gold charm on the rim of the glass that listed their name and table number.

We wanted a one-stop-shop for the wedding rentals. Outside the Box Event Rentals had everything we wanted to create the vision and offered various upgrade options that added an extra touch of elegance. We were particularly impressed with how smoothly the staff transitioned from the ceremony set up to the table seating while the cocktail hour was going on. Like clockwork!

Outside of the Box Rentals had some unique decor items that helped transform our home into a magical garden. We loved the tall boxwood panels that created a beautiful entry experience, complete with a wall of bubbly right as guests entered. They did a really nice job with hanging cafe lighting, dressing the tables, and adding little touches like floating flowers in the pool.
