What We Offer:

Event Management:

Calling all brides who have done all the work but want to make sure their planning is executed perfectly on their big day.   This is similar to most “Month of Coordination” packages that other companies offer, ours is a more detailed and hands-on version.

Partial Planning

This package is meant for our in-between couples who may have already started planning but need a little more help with design &  budget. 

Full-Service Planning

Designed to help you from engagement all the way to your grand exit. This package is for the couple that wants assistance with every detail of their special day.

Timeless, we love a design that will last for years to come, one that holds traditional elements with touches of modern flare. That being said, we are not afraid of color and doing out of the box designs! We love couples who have big visions and trust us to make it a reality.

What Inspired Us to Start Our Business is:

After being in the event industry for over 7 years, I decided to finally follow my dreams and open Orchard Weddings & Events. I wanted to work full time doing what made me fall in the love with the industry in the first place. Planning events just comes naturally, I actually enjoy the stress that comes with weddings and all the different dynamics that play a role. Our couples really do feel like family once we get to their wedding day, which makes it even more special when we get to be there to witness their “I do’s”.

What job allows you to celebrate love on a regular basis, and see your clients family and friends come together as one to celebrate the start of their journey as husband and wife!

Coming from a corporate hotel and catering background gives me an advantage that most planners do not have. It has allowed me to have the experience working on the other side of the wedding planner role. I know what is needed and expected from a planner for all vendors to be successful on their clients wedding day. It have given me the knowledge and respect about how important every single person working your event is.

My favorite food is any kind of cake, which is another reason I love being a wedding planner!

One of Our Non-Wedding Passions Is:

My dogs, I have 3 doggies and they are my world. Daisy Duke is an 11 year old Treeing Walker Coonhound and then Cash(3) and Waylon(2) are both shih-tzus. They are brothers but just a year apart and are best friends. My fiancé and I love spending our days off at the dog park and cuddling with them, yes all 3.

Meet Nicole Orchard

A native of Tampa, Florida, Nicole has over 8 years in the event industry. She graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Resort and Hospitality Management.

Nicole’s love for luxurious weddings and events began when she was a Banquet Manager at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. During her time there she was responsible for organizing all venue, food, beverage, and staffing needs for client events. Nicole then worked at the Ritz-Carlton in Naples, Florida where she gained additional experience managing all types of events including corporate, social and huge fundraising galas.

Nicole received the opportunity to move from Naples to Orlando, Florida to work at the Gaylord Palms as an Event Service Manager. While at The Gaylord Palms she further enhanced her knowledge of the corporate side of events and how to efficiently run everything and anything related to large scale events.

At the end of 2019, Nicole decided to move back home to be closer to family and started a job with a large catering company in Tampa. She was the Sales and Property Manager for one of their dedicated wedding venues.

Throughout all of this experience, Nicole had her eye on one day starting her own event planning company. In 2021, Orchard Weddings and Events came to life. Nicole’s goal is to create a one of a kind stress-free wedding and event planning experience.

In her free time Nicole loves being with her family and 3 dogs, or she is planning a wedding of her own. Nicole is set to get married in January to her best friend of 3 years, Jordan! She loves watching all things TLC and Bravo, the weirder the reality show the better. Her favorite drink is water and she could live off of Chick-Fil-A.
