The Ceremony:
A manicured lawn with paved walkway, overlooks the beautiful St. Joseph Sound as the backdrop for your wedding ceremony. White lawn chairs, flavored water station, and event manager are all included.
- Ceremony Rental Fee: $750
The Cocktail Hour:
The Caladesi Terrace overlooks the front lawn and the sparkling water of the St. Joseph Sound, where your guests will fall in love with the Dunedin sunset! Both tall and short cocktail tables with chairs are included in this space, along with you bar.
The Reception:
The Caladesi Ballroom is perfect for celebrations up to 150 guests. This space is surrounded by windows providing natural light, and overlooks the water as well! For larger events we recommend tenting the front lawn. For more intimate celebrations, enjoy our tented pool garden and the private dining room.
- Capacity for Venue Space: 150 guests for Caladesi Ballroom, 350 guests for front lawn, 75 guests for pool garden, 36 guests for private dining room.
- Daytime events must conclude by 3 p.m., evening celebrations may start as early as 5 p.m.

The Food and Drink:
Our executive chef combines award winning hits from our chophouse and time-honored wedding favorites to suit all our couple's needs. We are happy to customize any of our packages and menus!
- Complimentary room rental for all of our reception spaces when your seasonal food and beverage minimum is met. Packages include a 5 hour open bar, passed canapes, dinner, linens, dance floor, bartenders and servers, and cake cutting.
- Average Meal Cost: $145 (includes food and beverage package)
