Pricing & Packages
FloridaRAMA offers private event rentals starting at $2,500 for 5 hours and $6,000 for 10 hours. Food & Beverage packages start at $2,000 and can be managed by FloridaRAMA or the wedding party for a 15% fee. All event rental incudes 100 black resin chairs, 10 8-person dining tables and 10 hi-top cocktail tables.
FloridaRAMA’s elopement and wedding packages are designed for couples who want a photogenic, unique and storyful destination for their ceremony, engagement celebration, reception, or guest party.
Set inside our interactive art environment, your event becomes part of the experience itself, surrounded by large-scale art installations, vibrant scenery and unexpected moments that feel more like stepping into a work of art more than a traditional venue.
Packages are ideal for elopements, micro events, large-scale weddings, vow renewals and celebrations of any kind. Couples can exchange vows and dance the night away in a visually stunning world, with countless photo opportunities seamlessly integrated into every corner. The setting works beautifully as both a celebration backdrop and built in photo studio so your day flows naturally without needing to travel between locations.
We offer flexible and bespoke options for set-up, timing, guest count, guest activities and vendor coordination, along with recommendations and planning support if needed. Whether you want something simple and spontaneous or a fully styled creative celebration, the space adapts to your vision while keeping the focus on experience and art.

The Ceremony
Our Everglades Arena is the wonderful ceremony location option and features a 50 ft2 curved projection screen that displays an evolving sunrise and sunset. The shifting light creates a cinematic atmosphere that feels both serene and transportive, giving ceremonies a sense of movement and time throughout the experience. This space fits up to 200 chairs, making it ideal for both intimate and larger weddings while still maintaining an artistic, immersive feel.
In addition to the Everglades Arena, our indoor environments feature large scale installations, layered color and interactive art elements that create a bold and playful atmosphere. These spaces are best suited for smaller groups and offer a surreal, gallery like setting with built in visual impact that requires minimal additional decor.
The Cocktail Hour
FloridaRAMA cocktail hour options are designed to keep guests immersed in art while they mingle, explore and celebrate.
Guests can move through a variety of interactive artist-made environments filled with installations, vibrant murals and unexpected creative details. Each space offers natural gathering points for conversation, photos and activation moments, making the cocktail hour feel like an extension of the experience rather than a pause between events.
The atmosphere is playful, colorful and highly social, with plenty of room for roaming, discovery and spontaneous fun. Depending on your event layout, FloridaRAMA can create dedicated lounge style areas for seating and conversation or keep the flow open so guests can explore at their own pace.

The Reception
FloridaRAMA reception options transform your celebration into an immersive, art-driven experience with guests fully immersed in color, light and interactive environments. FloridaRAMA is designed to feel alive and evolving as the night progresses, making dinner, dancing, cocktails and speeches part of a continuous experience rather than separate moments. Depending on layout and configuration, indoor reception spaces comfortably accommodate weddings up to 200 guests.
For couples who want to extend the experience outdoors, adjacent mural-filled areas can be activated for lounge seating, cocktail style setups or additional activation zones that blend seamlessly with the indoor environment. This creates a natural flow between spaces and allows guests to explore while still feeling connected to the celebration.
The overall atmosphere is inspiring, whimsical and fun, with every detail designed to enhance celebration and connection. FloridaRAMA is the opposite of a traditional banquet hall or hotel ballroom, inviting guests into an artist-made world where the party becomes part of the installation itself.

Jarah has been with FloridaRAMA for several years, originally joining the team as a museum guide. His deep familiarity with the space and guest experience gives him a strong foundation in creating thoughtful, well organized events that reflect the spirit of FloridaRAMA.
Stephanie brings a background in events management, nonprofits and networking. She is skilled at building connections and shaping meaningful experiences that support both clients and the organization’s mission.
Together, they help lead wedding and private event sales and coordination at FloridaRAMA, ensuring each event is seamless, creative and memorable.
