Set directly on the sand in the heart of St. Pete Beach, The Luce is a newly reimagined beachfront boutique hotel and part of Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio. The property blends coastal charm with modern, retro-inspired style and a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, with 14,000 square feet of Gulf-view event space, the largest pool on St. Pete Beach, and 200 guest rooms.
From intimate courtyard ceremonies to beachfront vows with the Gulf of Mexico as your backdrop, The Luce offers indoor and outdoor event spaces, customizable tiered wedding packages, in-house catering, and on-site accommodations, so couples and their guests can celebrate an entire wedding weekend in one destination.
About Our Venue
Location: 6300 Gulf Blvd., St. Pete Beach, FL 33706, directly on the beach
Event Space: 14,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor Gulf-view event space
Guest Rooms: 200 rooms on site, with guest room blocks available
Ceremony Seating: Ceremony packages include chairs for up to 100 guests
Catering Minimum: Plated, buffet, and reception menus require a minimum of 25 guests
Event Hours: Outdoor events conclude by 10pm; indoor events conclude by midnight
Coordination: Every wedding includes a dedicated property coordinator. The Luce also requires an outside wedding planner or day-of coordinator on site.
What Couples Love About Our Venue
Couples love that The Luce turns a wedding day into a full wedding weekend on St. Pete Beach. Guests can stay on site in room blocks, gather for a welcome reception at the Palm Court Firepit, and wrap up with a farewell brunch, with Gulf Coast sunsets in between.
Between events, guests can enjoy the largest pool on St. Pete Beach, cabanas with sunshine butler service, dining at Sundrop, Frankie’s Pizza Parlor, and the nightly Sunset Social toast. Thoughtful touches like the signature cigar box, a bellini bar for the bridal party, and a sunset cruise for the newlyweds make the experience feel special from start to finish.

Every dinner package includes a 4-hour classic bar, house champagne toast, cheese and crudité display, table wine service, and wedding cake.
Ceremony Packages
Three tiers, all including a property coordinator, bridal getting-ready room, ceremony chairs for up to 100 guests, wedding arch, rehearsal walk-through, and inclement weather backup. Beach ceremony upgrades: partial ocean view $400, direct ocean view $600.
Reception spaces are contracted based on venue rental fees and food and beverage minimums, which vary by season, day of the week, and space. Children under 12 may order from the children’s menu at $50 per child. All pricing is subject to service charges and Florida sales tax.
For smaller celebrations, the Tier 1 ceremony package takes place in our intimate courtyard, and the Caretta Ballroom offers a charming indoor setting for more intimate receptions and private celebrations. All ceremony packages can be customized, and catering menus are available for groups of 25 guests or more.
The Ceremony
Courtyard Ceremony: An intimate setting in the hotel courtyard, included in the Tier 1 ceremony package.
Partial Ocean View Beach Ceremony: A romantic coastal setting framed by natural sea oats and greenery, with glimpses of the Gulf.
Direct Ocean View Beach Ceremony: A breathtaking beachfront setting with the Gulf of Mexico as the backdrop for your vows.
Every ceremony package includes ceremony chairs for up to 100 guests, a wedding arch, a citrus-infused water station, a ceremony rehearsal walk-through, and an inclement weather backup. Upgraded tiers add a bridal suite bellini bar for 10 guests, a poolside cabana, late-night turndown treats, a complimentary night for the newlyweds, and a sunset cruise.
The Cocktail Hour
Cocktail hour can flow from the ceremony to the Terrapin Terrace, adjoining the Luce Ballroom, or out to the lush Palm Court Garden. Couples can choose from passed hot and cold hors d’oeuvres and reception displays like a ceviche and crudo bar, sushi boat, seafood bar, and charcuterie.
Opening in early 2027, the Palm Pavilion Tiki will add an open-air space just steps from the beach, with Gulf views, a built-in bar, and a sound system, ideal for cocktail hours.
The Reception
Palm Court Garden: A lush, tropical outdoor oasis surrounded by swaying palm trees and market lights, with a built-in surround sound system for receptions under the Florida sky.
Luce Ballroom and Terrapin Terrace: An elegant indoor ballroom paired with an adjoining outdoor terrace, so guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor elements throughout the celebration.
Caretta Ballroom: A charming indoor option for more intimate weddings and private celebrations.
Palm Pavilion Tiki (coming early 2027): An open-air space steps from the beach with Gulf views, a built-in bar, and a sound system.
Palm Court Firepit: A relaxed outdoor gathering space for welcome receptions, rehearsal celebrations, and wedding weekend festivities.
