We both have careers that take up a lot of time. We started planning our wedding by ourselves but quickly realized that we could not achieve the type of wedding we wanted without the help of a professional. We looked for someone who wanted to work with us to bring our dream to reality, could take on the majority of the tasks, and could bring experience to the table. The venue provided a list of planners that they work with, and we narrowed the list down to two or three based on their portfolios on their websites and social media.

We chose Wilder Mind Events due to their creativity. We saw photos of a Halloween photo shoot on their Instagram that incorporated a black cat. We have several pets and loved their creativity. We had an introductory meeting and knew they were our planners. Morgan and Delaney brought enthusiasm and experience to our very first meeting. They had wonderful vision and smart ideas but essentially wanted to ensure that whatever they did aligned with our vision of the day. They also gave us a plan and helped us to make decisions that fit our budget and our aesthetic.

We wanted someone vibrant, responsive, organized, creative, and extremely easy to work with, and it was a major plus if they were a dog lover like we are!

From the first phone call I had with Delaney at Wilder Mind Events, I knew her company was an immediate hire. She listened to all of our ideas, and within 30 minutes, she added to our ideas, and I could already feel our vision coming to life. She was honestly the best choice, hands down, I made for my wedding. She was experienced and had connections in the area where I felt comfortable with her guidance. She was patient and understanding with any concerns we had. She was always prompt and went above and beyond to ensure all contracts, vendors, and loose ends were tied up. We did not have to worry one bit on our wedding day. 10/10! The best service ever, and I can't wait to use them again for future events!

We hit the jackpot with Wilder Mind Events. Delaney Driver and her team checked all of our boxes and then some. Not only did they help us understand and execute our vision perfectly, they were problem solvers and advocates and made the wedding planning process fun.

We looked for someone who could just take our vision and run with it. We both work full-time jobs and with me being in the medical field, it was very hard to plan a wedding myself. I knew there would be meetings I couldn’t attend, and it really helped to have a team able to support those moments.

Delaney from Wilder Mild Events was perfect from start to finish. She really did a great job of keeping everything in order, from the checklist to the final project. Delaney was on top of everything and kept me sane; she understood how busy we both were and made it very easy by taking our vision and helping make it come to life. She was the best help and was there for the whole process from start to finish. We couldn’t have done all of this without Wilder Mild Events.

During my planning process, I actually reached out to Delaney and became one of her day of coordination assistants, so I was able to gain hands-on experience in the wedding world and see how she and her team worked executing wedding weekends. Vendors who need a detailed wedding itinerary of load-in and out times? Done. Does the bride want a waterfall or a menu napkin fold? Waterfall, we spoke about it this morning.

On my wedding day, I think Delaney asked me a total of three questions and coordinated and handled the rest. Did I know about the wedding crashers who tried to utilize my open bar? Nope. Did I stress out over the random morning market that went past the proposed end time and prevented my vendors from reaching the venue? Nope. I cannot even begin to tell you how flawlessly my wedding weekend went, and it was because I hired some of the best women in the business.
