We are both extremely detail-oriented and perfectionists, and we wanted a wedding planner who had that same eye for detail who would bring our wedding vision to life.

After our initial consultation with Jessica Ralph from Parties A’ La Carte, we knew that she and her team were the perfect fit. Jessica and the PALC team completely exceeded our expectations! They knew our vision exactly and were there every step of the way to make it come to life.

Someone who would listen to our needs but also think of all the little details that make a wedding special.

Location and experience were on the list when comparing options and would play a role in my final decision.

I knew the Parties A'La Carte team had experience planning beautiful events in the Belleair, Clearwater, St Pete, and Tampa areas from my research online. After meeting Jessica in person, the organization I saw portrayed throughout all outlets within her business was impressive. I could tell she was very detail-oriented, and in combination with her confidence, I knew 100% she was my person. Jessica had the backbone I very much needed and was able to navigate my over-thinking, overanalyzing, and perfectionist mind with an eye for detail and a team that was there for us every step of the way bringing our wedding vision to life! I would find myself often thinking, “You knew what I wanted before I even knew what I wanted!” At the end of the day, my planning team was the biggest asset to my overall experience. 

Jessica was a saint the morning of my wedding day after a sleepless night stressing over the groom's lost luggage, including his tuxedo, and truly became a great friend during the whole process. She was even so thoughtful as to offer her personal diamond bracelet as my “something borrowed” for my wedding day look since it was another last-minute item on my to-do list not completed at the time. She was the backbone I needed throughout the whole wedding planning process. I don’t know what I would have done without her and the entire Parties A'La Carte team in our corner who brought our wedding vision to life, making it truly a hole-in-one!  

I wanted someone who was professional and honest. I was also looking for someone that had experience in the local industry.

Having a wedding planner that has good relationships with the vendors in the area is so important, especially when you have to move your wedding because of a pandemic. I really liked Jessica’s wedding portfolio, vision, and ability to speak her mind. We were really happy with the service from Parties A'La Carte.

Originally, I only hired a wedding planner for the “day of” services, because I thought I had the rest covered. I was wrong! Planning a wedding has so many details that need to be attended to, and I was not prepared or equipped to hire some of the decorators and details myself. That job should be reserved for someone who works in that industry every day! I met Jessica Ralph [of Parties a la Carte] at a wedding I was in, just after I had gotten engaged to Tyler. We hit it off right away; it was very important to me that someone had the same method for dealing with vendors prior to the wedding, issues that day of and was just fun to work with, and Jessica was all those thing and more. She took charge of all the details, was there for me every step of the way in the wedding planning and executed a perfect event on the day of! Jessica and her team were amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a planner of any event!

I loved Jessica’s candor and competence. She and her team went above and beyond in every way imaginable. She saved us money between her negotiating prices and saving us from making mistakes. Jessica managed everything until the wedding, but also managed many unavoidable day of crises with grace, patience and a positive attitude. She really makes the entire day about the bride and groom and not about her.

It was important to me that my mom and I were able to relax and enjoy the day stress-free, so I knew a wedding planner was integral. We were looking for someone who was organized, creative, detail-oriented, and reliable. We could not have been happier working with Parties A’La Carte! Every detail of the day was executed flawlessly, but the best thing about working with Jessica was that she had our best interests as the bride and groom at heart. She went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect and that John and I were happy.

We actually used Marry Me Tampa Bay to find our planners at Parties A'La Carte, which was the best decision we made! Parties A'La Carte was the only planner that reached back out to me within 24 hours. To me, that showed high organization and professionalism especially since all of the others took about a week. Jessica was also very genuine and explained details of the planning process that we hadn't even thought of. The women of PALC are fabulous and having them be a part of our wedding made it even more special. They took care of literally everything, and they are the sweetest people ever. I have to compliment our wedding planners because, without Jessica and her team, we wouldn't have had such amazing vendors. Everyone loved the PALC team, and my mother still to this day talks about how impressed she was with their services.

We wanted a planner who was well established, able to provide vendors, and helped the day run smoothly. Wedding planning was extremely overwhelming, so meeting with a planner who was so experienced and came highly recommended was such a relief! Finding a quality wedding planner is my number one recommendation to all my friends planning a wedding.

Parties A La Carte is truly the best! I cannot speak more highly of them! I was a bridesmaid in a wedding they did at the beginning and the whole day ran so smoothly because of all the hard work they put in behind the scenes. I was in awe of how stunning that wedding was and how everything fell into place. I had seen a few weddings they had done before, but after being a bridesmaid in one of their weddings, I instantly knew I wanted to work with them. During the whole planning process Jessica, Kelsey, and the rest of the team made planning a breeze! They were so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our wedding day so amazing and beautiful! Parties A La Carte were able to add in many details that were subtle but meant so much to Chris and me. I am so happy we worked with them because everyone was able to enjoy the day to the fullest!
