We wanted a classic, simple cake with fresh flowers. I fell in love with the modern tall-tiered cakes that the Tampa Bay Cake Company showcased on their website.

We were very happy with the taste-tasting and designing phase, where Emily sketched a mock-up of the cake so we could appreciate the design and make adjustments. The cake looked amazing at the wedding, and everyone loved the lemon raspberry flavors.

We looked for someone that was easy to work with, was accommodating with tastings, as well as understanding our vision. Of course, we also wanted the cake to taste delicious as well.

We actually went with a different vendor from the start, but they canceled on us three weeks before our wedding. We chose a sample box of multiple flavors, and they were all so good that it took us over an hour to finally decide on the cake flavor.
