Dewitt for Love Wedding Reviews

I chose our photographer based on their edits and style. I was looking for someone who had light and airy photos but who also captured the personality of the people and didn’t make them look too posed.

I chose Dewitt For Love because I knew them from other events, and I liked hanging out with them. I wanted to have fun with my photographer and wanted everyone to feel comfortable while being photographed. We had a lot of curveballs at our wedding; basically, nothing went as planned, and I thought they did a great job rolling with the punches.

We knew we wanted to go with a photographer that could really capture our special day and our beautiful venue space along with using them for our engagement photos. I really looked into other couples' reviews and of course, the photography style and I felt like when I saw Dewitt For Love's work, I knew we had to have them.

First and foremost, their photographs are beautiful. They seem to really understand their couples and their personal styles, and really bring that to the forefront when capturing those special moments. They had a touch of fun with the classic beauty and editorial style that we were looking for in our photographers. We could not be happier with our choice to use Shannon and Brandon, they were both so amazing to work with and made our day very special. We really lucked out that not only do they do great work, but they are great people with such great personalities who made us feel very comfortable and natural and helped things run smoothly that day for us as well. I could not recommend them more!

I specifically chose Dewitt for Love Photography because I loved their editorial approach to wedding photography, they were always open and honest about how to approach the day and capture the best moments, and they never shot at our venue before so I loved that they brought fresh eyes to the space. We loved their service; they made everyone feel so comfortable and had so much fun during the whole day.

We were also so happy that Dewitt for Love exceeded our expectations. We actually didn’t have an engagement shoot and Robby actually met them the day of our wedding, so I was nervous that they wouldn’t click, but they did and it went so great!

Our main goal when looking for a photographer was someone who could take the reins. Since we were planning everything ourselves, we wanted to entrust our photographer with choosing poses, backdrops, and the flow of the photos for the day. 

We fell in love with Dewitt for Love Photography‘s style and after meeting them, we knew we had one less thing to worry about on our wedding day.  We loved how much attention to detail they gave us. To be honest, they were almost our pseudo wedding planners. They had so much knowledge of how the day of the wedding goes; they broke down our wedding day in way more detail than we had even thought of. They were there for us every step of the way and captured the most incredible wedding pictures.  Dewitt for Love really took the extra time to understand who we are and who our family and friends are. We will always cherish what they were able to give us and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Dewitt for Love's photography style always reflects true colors, which as a florist is very important to me. Shannon and Brandon are some of the most genuine and talented people I have gotten the chance to work with. They have photographed weddings I have designed for in the past and consistently blow me away with their talent.

We picked Shannon and Brandon with Dewitt for Love Photography because of their style of photography, editing finishes, and reviews blew us away! We also really wanted two shooters on camera, and when we learned they were a husband and wife team, it was game over. I love the passion and chemistry when couples work on a wedding; it creates a much more personal environment and intent. That’s exactly what we wanted and they absolutely came through for us! I was very anxious being on the bride-side of a wedding and relying on vendors to give me the comfort to be a bride and not look at the clock or the check-list and just enjoy the day, and they were without a doubt the right people for the job. It is rare and special when you find a photography team that is not just great at capturing moments, but great at being a part of the day, aware of the schedule, and effective in helping make the day what it’s supposed to be. We love them and are still obsessed with them and communicate regularly!
