I'll be honest – I didn't always know that I wanted to be a wedding photographer. It took me a bit to really consider weddings as the largest part of my company, Ivory Arrow Photography. Today, weddings are what I love to shoot most. I love wedding day! It's fast-paced, an opportunity for great creativity and a day to capture all the love that a couple shares with one another. It's the happiest day in a couples' lives.

My wedding photography style is:
Colorful, genuine and non-posed. Also, I'm a huge lover of natural light (but always prepared when the sunny Florida weather isn't so sunny)! There's nothing better than capturing the way a groom looks at his bride on wedding day when no one is watching. I opt for a very non-posed style. Rather, I encourage different movements that really bring out the laughter and love a couple shares with one another.
I love photographing weddings because:
I love weddings because I love to photograph couples who are so in love on one of the most important days of their lives. I love knowing that this couple and I will forever have a unique bond. I love knowing that the couple will be able to look back on my work to remember their wedding day – from the vows to the cake to the last dance. I love the excitement of the day; the smiles, the quirks, the families coming together from far and near, the personalities that come out in the awesome wedding details… really, just the whole day from start to finish is an amazing day to behold and capture.
My personality is:
People have described me as a “quiet force” in the past. I think this is a good thing! I am more on the thoughtful/watchful side when I'm holding my camera. I've learned to be patient and wait for the right moment to capture – rather than just taking a hundred pictures for the heck of it, I'd rather provide 50 thoughtful images that really mean something. I'm a die-hard Seminole fan, coffee-addict and extreme animal lover – especially to my two rescue pups, Clark and Penny!
Clients have told me that I bring a LOT of fun to my engagement sessions and to the wedding day. They tell me that I “put them at ease” in front of the camera so they can relax. They aren't nervous to be themselves in front of me, and that means everything.
What makes my business standout from other photographers is:
Again, I think it comes down to my personality. I really do my best to help couples relax and be themselves in my images. I'm not here to pose you in certain ways and take pictures of two stick figures. I take the time to get to know you before an engagement session or before the wedding day, that way we all have things to talk about and we can really begin a connection. It's SO important to feel connected and bonded to your wedding photographer – they are capturing one of the most important days of your life!
My pricing:
My wedding photography packages are customizable, because every wedding is different. In general though, my wedding collections begin at $1,750. All of my collections include an engagement session, two photographers on wedding day and 6+ hours of wedding day coverage.
