Dina and Tony’s downtown Tampa wedding featured a neutral palette and classic white flora in the chic historical setting of a former Federal bank vault. The setting took center stage as guests enjoyed an elegant evening of fine dining and dancing with views of the city’s cobblestone streets and noteworthy buildings.
“We envisioned a perfect mix of modern style and décor and vintage architecture. We chose this style because we’re minimalists,” the bride shared. “Our colors were white, gold, blush, and neutrals to fit our modern style.”
The Florida Panhandle couple sought a wedding venue that offered a seamless blend of timeless, modern, and minimalist. Upon seeing the grand tray ceiling, marble floors, and statuesque windows of The Vault, they knew it was the perfect space to host their celebration.
“We looked for a spacious venue with a beautiful history. The Vault gave us amazing service, and the venue speaks for itself,” Dina gushed.
The pair kept their wedding intimate with a guest list of only 60 guests. The select group of close friends and family created an unforgettable atmosphere of love surrounding the bride and groom on their special day.
“[The most unique part of our wedding was] the sincere love and support from our friends and family,” the bride beamed.
Dina turned to the seasoned wedding planning team at Coastal Coordinating to assist her in translating her wedding vision into reality. She knew their attentive approach and organized methods would make the process easier and the wedding day even more enjoyable.
“I wanted someone who understood my vision and offered outstanding service,” the bride articulated. “Coastal Coordinating is extremely professional and organized.”
With the help of their wedding planning team, the event venue was transformed into a warm and inviting space through decorative elements such as a floral backdrop wall for the ceremony, which was repurposed behind the sweetheart table, as well as seating groupings for the reception where guests could watch the party unfold. Gold accents added a pop of metallic shimmer to the chic all-white décor.
“Dina and Tony wanted a modern, clean look with all-white flowers. They really wanted classic and timeless. The flower wall was their main ceremony focal point, and it was the ‘wow’ that she was hoping for,” Katy Martin, owner of Coastal Coordinating detailed. “The clean lines of The Vault fit the feel that Dina was going with and created a perfect setting for the wedding. The lounge furniture created an area where guests could mingle and relax by watching the dancing.”
