Originally from Italy, owner Melian De Carolis (Chef Mel) is passionate about producing high-quality desserts. She enjoys working closely with you to design the wedding cake of your dreams.
What We Offer:
We start with a free cake tasting and consultation where we can learn about your vision. If you are not able to attend a cake tasting you can fill out a cake request form for a quote.
We also do custom cakes and dessert tables for birthdays, bachelorette parties, bridal showers, engagement parties, anniversaries, baby showers and more.
We also offer:
- Free anniversary cakes for wedding cake orders over 100 servings
- All types of dietary cakes and desserts such as Vegan, Gluten Free, Keto, etc.
- Sheet Cakes and Faux Cakes
- Delivery and Pick-Up

What Inspired Us to Start Our Business is:
Melian’s passion for baking started in Italy where she learned how to make tasty desserts from her grandmother. After moving to England, she began to work in a variety of restaurants learning more techniques and recipes from different cultures. With a desire for new opportunities, she then moved to America to become a Pastry Chef. Melian also worked at a nutritional company for several years where she gained more knowledge about various diets and health. Throughout her experience in producing cakes and desserts for her clients, she developed a talent for accommodating a variety of dietary needs and preferences. Now, this dedicated chef is delighted to create both traditional and diet-friendly cakes for celebrations of love.
