Couples have use of the property for 12 hours on the day of their event and rehearsal access on the Thursday before the ceremony. The Cocktail Hour:
While couples have the ability to select their favorite spot for their cocktail reception, the two most popular spots are the Micro Pavilion, and The Pavilion Deck. Both of these spaces provide lakefront views with stunning sunsets to your cocktail hour. It is also very common for couples to take advantage of the scenic backdrops and set up photo booths in these spaces for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour.
The Reception:
The Pavilion at Casani Estates stands as a versatile masterpiece, ready to adapt to the unique theme and vibe of your wedding. Recently updated with the addition of patio doors, this space can be seamlessly transformed to your heart’s desire. Offering a generously sized hybrid space with both indoor and outdoor areas, the reception space is versatile in terms of decor. Farm tables are available as an upgrade for couples who desire a more rustic feel and can be used to achieve this look.
The Food & Drink:
We partner with some of the best caterers in the area. We have vendor partners for just about every budget and a myriad of menu choices. Prices for catering start at approximately $35 per person.
The Space:
Our reception space, consisting of The Pavilion and The Lodge, offers over 3,500 sq ft of space, giving you plenty of room for tables, chairs, DJ, catering, and much more. A loft sitting atop the bar area offers an additional 600 sq ft of space.
Casani also offers onsite lodging. We have multiple cabins available for overnight stays. These can currently accommodate up to 20 guests. However, we are expanding, and expect to have more cabins available in the near future!
Pricing:
Full-day rentals start at $7,750, while reception-only packages begin at $6,250.
