The Ceremony:
“Say ‘I Do' with a View!” Ceremonies are held within the east wing of the Grand Ballroom, while overlooking North Straub Park, the waters of Tampa Bay and Beach Drive.
Ceremonies include: Gold Banquet Chairs, 8’ Birchwood Decorative Pillars Ceremony, Pipe and Drape & Private Champagne Toast for Bride & Groom
The Cocktail Hour:
Cocktail Hour can take place inside the main Grand Ballroom and outside Terrace. The Birchwood also offers semi-private Canopy Rooftop Cocktail Hours.
The Reception:
The Grand Ballroom of The Birchwood features a vintage glam, coupled with a simple elegance that is the perfect palate for any wedding day celebration. Located just one level below the iconic Canopy Rooftop, the Grand Ballroom can accommodate wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours and receptions with up to 200 guests. This private reception space offers exclusive use of the Grand Ballroom Foyer, custom built-in bar, private restroom suites and two outdoor balconies with panoramic views of the downtown St. Petersburg Beach Drive area.
