  • A hotel venue was high on our list to accommodate out-of-town guests and eliminate the need for additional transportation. It also needed to be pet-friendly so our guests could have the option to travel with their furry friends. Additionally, we wanted somewhere that the views would be spectacular with easy beach access preferred!

I attended the bridal show at Hotel Zamora and got to meet Erin (the vendor coordinator) in-person at that event and was impressed with her energy! I also sampled food from the chef and appreciated the versatility of the venue’s spaces.

Hotel Zamora has a great location and space to accommodate whatever vision brides and grooms may have! Erin and her team are “yes” people, which is a must with regard to package customization, lodging logistics, and vendor arrangements. Also, the bridal suite was an exquisite room perfect for hair and makeup. One of the best parts of the wedding weekend was room service breakfast in bed on Sunday morning!

  • We choose St. Pete Beach because of the beautiful beaches and sunsets. We always talked about getting married at the beach but not on the beach, so Hotel Zamora ended up being a perfect choice. Being able to have the ceremony on the rooftop and the reception in their ballroom was perfect for what we were looking for.

Hotel Zamora had everything we wanted and dreamed of in a wedding venue. The rooftop overlooking the water with the sun setting was the perfect setting for us. The service we received from the hotel was stellar from the beginning of the planning process until the present day.

  • When looking at venues to align with our theme, we wanted the beach vibe without the sand. It was important to us to be outside near the water but without having guests trek through the sand. I also didn’t want to spend the majority of our wedding budget on décor to simulate the ambiance, it was important to us that the venue and theme felt natural together. We were also passionate about having a cocktail-style reception and wanted plenty of different seating options for the guests to experience throughout the night.

Hotel Zamora checked every box on our venue wish list and even added some we didn’t think we needed! We ultimately chose this venue because it was the perfect pairing to the theme and reception style we were dreaming of. Hotel Zamora offered us the option to create an experience for guests by having the ceremony and cocktail hour by the beautiful bayside and reception on breathtaking gulf side rooftop. They were so flexible and were able to easily create the cocktail-style reception we desired with plenty of lounge, bar, and table seating. And Hotel Zamora had such fantastic food that really impressed the guests.
