We cater to all styles and love to expand on visions! We have an extensive background of various styles and themes based on the personality of couples’ and how they want to showcase their love story. From huge colorful Indian weddings, black and white, multicultural, modern classic and even a 70s bohemian disco! All that matters is striving to make their wedding day stress-free, lovely, and unforgettable for everyone.

What Inspired Us to Start Our Business is:
I was planning multiple friends’ weddings and eventually just kept getting more and more requests from their friends and family until it grew into its own thing! I also used to work in the hotel industry which pushed me further into hospitality. However, once I started my business, I grew to love being creative and designing new trends/inspirations with my couples and working alongside a team of amazing coordinators who are always down to push the envelope.
We Love Being a Part of the Wedding Industry Because:
We love to plan weddings because of how special the day is to not only the couple, but the whole family when it’s finally wedding day and everything has all come together. We love getting to know and be a part of such a momentous day in a couple’s love story. We all have our personal favorite moments of a wedding that allow us to have a strong appreciation for every aspect that a couple wants to highlight on their wedding day.

We are a close-knit team of wedding planners with experience in the event and hospitality industry for over 13 years now. Each member of our team comes from various backgrounds of the wedding and event industry including venue management, wedding dress sales, photography, hospitality management, and catering. This strength allows us to give a reasonable framework to couples on what to expect during the wedding planning process. Plus, we are all super close so being able to work with your friends adds another level of excitement to this career!
One Thing Most Couples Would Be Surprised to Know About Us Is:
I used to dream of being an interior designer and then when I stumbled into wedding planning, it became apparent that this was my true passion. It ended up being the perfect blend of both worlds!
One of Our Non-Wedding Passions Is:
Taking time to lay by the pool and travel with my family and friends whenever I get the chance. I love to explore and see new places and meet new people from different backgrounds. I also have an obsession with pool floats and mermaids!

I am obsessed with pool floats, (you should see my patio), I just love them all. I think if I could take all my calls in the pool on my float, life would be complete.
I have two pups that I love more than anything, Hank and Lucy.
I am a bonus mom to the best girl ever named Marlee.
I really love to take chances and go out on a whim. Life is short and I plan to make the best of it! I always try to live life with the glass half-full.

We were looking for someone who would help us with every part of wedding planning. We spoke to some who put restrictions on what they would and wouldn’t help us with from the first meeting. We really wanted someone who was excited to be a part of the planning process with us.
We hired Coastal Coordinating because that was the exact vibe and experience we got from Katy, the owner, and Cayla, our coordinator. Cayla was amazing, especially the day of. I can’t imagine the wedding day without her. She was resourceful and kept every ounce of stress that otherwise would have landed on me to herself so Josh and I could fully enjoy our day.

Katy and the team encouraged open communication even at the start of this process, many months before their contract technically kicked in. We received vendor recommendations, could ask questions when needed, and forwarded vendor contracts as we signed them. By the time we were nearing the wedding, it felt like Katy and her team were already caught up. We also had many meetings with Katy and our venue to go over timelines and perfect the plans.
