How do you know when you’ve met the right guy…you just can’t get enough of him!
“Eddie and I met about two years before our wedding and went on four dates in the first week! We just love being together and have so much fun together! We are are truly each other’s best friend.” St. Petersburg bride Lauren gushed.
“I loved everything about the museum, including the guests having access to the galleries and the amazing view of the water. I loved that it was a blank slate, and I could do just about anything with the space!” Lauren said.
The bride used the open space to create a rustic, fall wedding complete with bark vases and candelabras covered with moss.
“I loved bringing in the unexpected, natural elements. We used every color of fall that we could get in! I just loved the combination of using the reds, oranges, browns, and plums,” the Lauren explained.
To capture the details and important moments of the day, Lauren and Eddie hired St. Petersburg wedding photographer Ware House Studios.
“We just loved Cristiana and Ian! Their photography was so incredible, and they were so much fun to work with! They truly put us at ease, and had the perfect combination of artistic and traditional photography,” Lauren shared.
The bride also received support from her St. Petersburg wedding planner to make sure the big day ran smoothly.
“Nancy with Your Event Today was a lifesaver! She was so patient, no matter how many times we changed our minds on just about everything!” Lauren said.
Since they had a lot of out-of-town guests, Lauren and Eddie choice to hold a downtown St. Petersburg wedding kept their visitors entertained.
“We loved that the museum was walking distance to hotels and restaurants. Our guests didn’t need to move their cars from the time they arrived in St. Pete!”
One of the most important guests of the night was Lauren’s father, who amazed her during the father/daughter dance.
“I selected a song that my father sang to me as a child, Watercolour Ponies, for our dance. My father surprised me by making a recording of himself singing the song, and that is what we danced to. I was so shocked!” Lauren reminisced.
Brian at Redman Steele Florist was just incredible. He spent so much time with us, above and beyond anything we expected! He really understood our vision, and was so creative. – The Bride
I wanted the wedding to be fun! We did food stations so the party could kick off from the start instead of starting with a seated dinner. We picked a great band that had everyone dancing the whole time, and a photobooth with props so everyone young and old could get a little silly! – The Bride
