Isabella and Thomas’ intimate Bradenton wedding was the perfect fall affair, with garden walkways and a sprawling orange grove popping with various hues of blue and pink. The bride and groom exchanged vows under a white gazebo in front of a picturesque fountain.
“I would describe our wedding theme as rustic chic,” the bride shared. “Our colors were dusty blue, light blue, sage green, dusty pink, and blush pink. We chose these colors because they go well together, and they are some of my favorite colors! I didn’t want everyone in the same color.”
The Clearwater couple put their hearts and souls into making their November wedding personal. It was memorable not only for them but also for their closest 60 loved ones. Isabella made all their signage and decorations and ensured no tiny detail was overlooked. From their personalized entrance and vows to their puppy skillfully hidden in their cake and the groom’s Zelda-themed cake, the day was authentically them.
“The elements that were most important in our wedding were making sure everything was true to us. All of the little details and extras were fun, but the most important part was that we were there to celebrate how much we love each other, and nothing else truly mattered at the end of the day,” the bride articulated.
Documenting the intimate moments of the day was a priority for the couple. They sought a highly reputable wedding videographer to capture their smiles, tears of joy, and laughter. Shannon Kelly Films was the perfect choice to give them an unforgettable and professional wedding video.
“I wanted someone who I connected with and who captured weddings authentically. Shannon Kelly Films instantly stood out to me! Shannon’s videography style is exactly what I was looking for, and her video quality is incredible, with a light and airy look to it,” Isabella beamed. “Not only is she such an incredible videographer, but she is an incredible person! She was so sweet and attentive, always checking in on us. She made our day much easier by being such a pro at what she does!”
Isabella and Thomas invited their guests with delicate invitations that matched the bride’s pastel blue ring box. The pops of blue continued throughout the reception with soft blue napkins draped under rose gold charger plates. The couple incorporated boho vibes with a “something blue” VW bus photo booth and delicate bistro lights guiding the aisle. They also mixed in rustic decor with a wooden ring box for the groom that matched their intimate sweetheart table adorned with white flowers and drapery among the greenery. A wooden “H,” for their newly shared last name, stood in front of the new couple filled with baby’s breath and greenery.
“There were way too many memorable moments to count, from our first look to walking down the aisle and seeing so many people there to support us, finally getting to say I do! The entire wedding was memorable, and we incorporated our personalities into the little details,” the bride reminisced.
The Proposal:
Thomas proposed Christmas Eve. We were staying in the mountains in a cabin in Tennessee with both of our families. During our White Elephant gift exchange, Thomas made sure he was the first to pick a present, which ensured he would be the last to steal a present. Instead of stealing my gift, he asked to steal my hand in marriage!
