Andrea Layne Floral Design is a floral design boutique specializing in beautiful blooms for Tampa Bay wedding and events. We take a consultative approach to bring customized, quality concepts to life for customers with discriminating taste. Our designs are inspired by our clients' visions with specific flowers selected for their color, shape and quality of blooms and accompanying décor to further enhance the designs. Our service is distinguished by a personal touch and characterized by dependability. We provide consistent updates throughout the process, while remaining involved in the planning and event coordination from the first day we speak, to the minute the guests step into the gorgeous space.

We are design chameleons, in that we adapt our personal creativity to meet each of our clients’ unique themes, venues and color schemes. We love variety and texture and ensure these are present in all aspects of our designs: from the linens, to the containers, to the types of flowers and foliage we select. As we add each layer to the creation, it reinforces the theme and style for each individual event. We like mixing premium flowers, such as orchids, garden roses and ranunculus with more humble flowers such as waxflower, spray roses and mums to create a design blend that is unique for each of our customers. Out-of-the box creativity defines us best.

Our designs bring so much joy to a celebration! We really transform spaces by bringing in live flowers that infuse a sense of warm and elegance into a room. Plus we LOVE that moment when a bride sees her bouquet for the first time. We take it out of the delivery packaging and present it to her, pointing out the flowers we choose and the details on the stem wrappings. The brides always have an emotional reaction, and it feels our creative hearts with joy!

Reception Decor: Tall Centerpieces – Spray, Branch and Ball styles, Low Centerpieces – Singular, Clusters and Submerged, Votives, LED Candle Lighting, Candelabras, Entry Tables, Hanging Floral Chandeliers
Event Design: Coordination of Linen, Chair and Lighting Rentals

There are multiple reasons that we have had so much success. First and foremost, we define everything up front with estimates and contracts with full descriptions, inspiration photos and detail views of flowers. Our clients know what they are getting up front, from the stem wrapping color to the vases and votives selected for the reception. Our paperwork is the best! Secondly, we are flexible. This isn't our wedding; it's the client's wedding! So we give our ideas and recommendations, but in the end our #1 goal is to have a 100% satisfied customer that enjoyed working with us. And lastly, we are not afraid to create anything. That adventurous spirit and thirst for applying new techniques is what keeps us in front of the trends.
Our pricing:
Full Wedding Minimum: $2,500. Please note that we do not offer packages. All of our contracts are custom designed for each client.
The contracted pricing includes the following:
1-hour Design Consultation
Creation of a Detailed Estimate within 1-2 weeks of our initial meeting
2 Revisions to the Detail Estimate
Creation of a Fixed Fee Floral Design Contract
1 free tossing bouquet to our Brides
Final updates to Floral Design Contract one month prior to wedding or event
Service and Delivery Fees applicable to the Contract
Hourly Rate: $125 per hour – for anything not included on the above list
NOTE: All prices are subject to a 7% sales tax and delivery, set-up, and clean-up fees, as required.
